How do I start planning with Harbour Rentals?
Begin with your occasion, city, approximate guest count and the rentals that interest you. Share your date if you know it. We’ll discuss the available options and prepare a quote. Your enquiry starts a conversation; a booking is confirmed separately.
Can I enquire before all my plans are settled?
Yes. You can leave the event date and rental choices open while you explore ideas. Tell us what you know so far, including your likely location and the kind of gathering you’re imagining. Final details can be discussed as your plans take shape.
How are availability and pricing confirmed?
Availability depends on your date and the items and quantities requested. Your quote sets out the agreed rental selections, inclusions and charges. Review those details and the booking terms before confirming; sending an enquiry does not reserve the rentals.
What happens if my plans change?
Contact us as soon as your date, guest count or venue changes. We’ll discuss what may be possible for your booking. Deposit, cancellation, change and weather terms are provided with your quote for review before you confirm.
Rental details & arrangements
Can I combine rentals for one celebration?
Absolutely. Start with tables and chairs, or choose a detail such as a champagne wall, bar cart, candy wall, audio guest book or stuff-a-bear station. Tell us which moments matter most to you, and we’ll discuss a combination that fits your gathering.
How do delivery, pickup and setup work?
Available arrangements and any related fees are confirmed in your quote. Share your venue, access times, stairs or elevator details, and any loading restrictions. We’ll agree on who is responsible for delivery, placement, setup and pickup so you know what to plan for.
Can the rentals match our colours or theme?
Share your palette, inspiration and any signage or floral ideas. We’ll confirm which personal touches are available and any additional costs. Drinks, candy, glassware, décor and staffing are specific inclusions to discuss rather than assume.
Can I use the rentals outdoors?
Tell us about the location, surface, shelter and your weather backup plan. Outdoor suitability depends on the particular rental and the setting. We’ll discuss the practical requirements and confirm agreed arrangements before you book.
